Although Brandon holds a license to practice law in Kentucky, he is not your attorney.  The transmission or receipt of any information from this site does not create an attorney-client relationship, and emailing Brandon does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Brandon will not provide legal advice during the course of your engagement.  If you need legal advice at any time, you will need to obtain your own legal counsel.

The responsibilities that Brandon performs as a consultant include certain tasks that might be characterized as “law-related services” under Rule 5.8 (2) of the Rules of Professional Conduct governing attorneys in Kentucky, but they are not legal services.  This means those services and your relationship with Brandon will not be governed by the Rules of Professional Conduct, including rules on confidentiality and prohibitions on conflicts of interest.
